Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply from the moment a reservation is confirmed.

Booking date to 30 days prior to arrival = $150.00 fee;
15 - 29 days prior to arrival = $250.00 fee;
0 - 14 days prior to arrival = 4 nights rental charge
Special Christmas Cancellation Policy (applicable to all arrivals during the period 12/16 - 1/5):

Prior to Nov 1 - $150.00 fee;
Nov 1 thru Nov 30 - $400.00 fee;
After Nov 30 and Early Departures: no refunds, no exceptions

All rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 9.25% for an effective rate of 13.42% (Hawaii tax rates subject to change at any time).

Reservations must be secured by a refundable $350.00 U.S. Dollars deposit.

Only Visa and Mastercard is accepted.

A $500.00 deposit will be required at check-in. This can be secured by cash, travelers checks or credit card. The deposit guarantees minimum payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay. Guest liability is not limited to initial damage deposit.

In compliance with State Law, all units are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking in the unit will be subject to additional cleaning charge. Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking areas in the complex. Smoking from balcony/lanai is strictly enforced.

Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Full payment due 11/1 for any booking with arrivals 12/15 to 1/3.

4 nights stay minimum. A housekeeping service fee of $120.00 will be added for stays less than four (4) nights. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21, 2012 - Jan 3, 2013 and Dec 21, 2013 - Jan 3, 2014

Check out cleaning only. Daily cleaning available at additional charge. Bed linens, bath/hand/face towels, common cooking and dining ware are available in the unit along with a starter kit of paper towels, bar soap, and toilet paper.

This unit requires at least one occupant 21 years or older.

Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults.

Rates based on quadruple occupancy and are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Extra person (over age 17) beyond quadruple occupancy: $12.00 each day.

Check-in time: after 3 PM. Check-out time: by 11 AM. Request for a late check out can be made 48 hours prior to departure subject to availability. Extended late check out beyond 3pm is subject to an additional night's charge.

All rates subject to change without notice unless reservation has been confirmed.

We love pets but they are not allowed to be kept on Kamaole Sands property during occupancy.

IMPORTANT: Kamaole Sands is a 10-building, 440-unit property which has adopted a set of House Rules. These rules were established in an effort to make everyone's stay a pleasant and safe one. Although the overwhelming majority of guests stay problem-free, there have been evictions from the property due to non-compliance of these house rules.
